This policy explains how Support Work (run by NDM Co. Pty Ltd, ABN 32 688 832 000) uses cookies and your device's storage. It is part of our Privacy Policy.

1. The short version

  • We only use cookies and storage that the app needs to work.
  • We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics cookies.
  • Because of this, we don't show a cookie banner.

2. What we use

  • Sign-in: keeps you signed in, so you don't have to sign in on every page.
  • Your settings: remembers choices like your setup steps and messages you have closed.
  • Offline storage: saves your shifts and notes on your device when you have no signal, then sends them when you are back online.
  • App updates: our service worker keeps a copy of the app on your device, so it opens fast and works offline.

3. Other services

Some services we use may set their own cookies, or see your IP address, when you use them:

  • Stripe, on its payment pages, to process payments and stop fraud.
  • Google, if you sign in with Google.
  • Google Fonts, which supplies the text fonts on our pages.
  • OpenStreetMap, which supplies map images.
  • Our host keeps basic visit statistics, like pages viewed, device type and country.

4. Your choices

You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings. If you block them, you won't be able to stay signed in, and offline saving won't work.
