Refund Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

This policy is part of our Terms. It is run by NDM Co. Pty Ltd, ABN 32 688 832 000, trading as Support Work.

1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy takes away those rights.

  • Major failure: if there is a major problem with our service, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part, or get compensation for the drop in its value.
  • Minor failure: if there is a smaller problem, we will fix it within a reasonable time. If we don't, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part.
  • You may also be able to get compensation for other loss or damage we could reasonably have foreseen.

2. Try it free first

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial, with no card needed to start. Please use the trial to check Support Work suits you.

3. Change of mind

We don't give refunds if you just change your mind, or forget to cancel. This does not affect your rights in section 1.

  • Monthly plans: cancel at any time. Your plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for. We don't refund part months.
  • Yearly plans: cancel at any time. Your plan won't renew, and you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for. We don't refund unused months for change of mind.

4. When we always refund

  • Charged by mistake: for example, a double charge or a charge after you cancelled. We refund the wrong charge in full.
  • We close your account or the Service when you haven't done anything wrong: we refund the unused part of any period you paid for upfront.
  • We change our terms in a way that is worse for you and you cancel before the change starts: we refund the unused full months of a yearly plan.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email with:

  • the email address you sign in with,
  • the date and amount of the charge, and
  • what went wrong.

We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it.

6. Still not happy?

You can contact NSW Fair Trading or the ACCC (accc.gov.au) for free advice about your rights.
